Return Policy - We honor a 14 day return policy. BUYERS MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) and the Warehouse return address prior to sending back purchased items. Items sent back without an RA# will be refused at receiving and returned to buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (except under the policy for Exchanges) and must be shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot accept returns via US postal mail. Please contact us with any questions.
Refunds - Returned items for refund MUST be in new (unused/uninstalled), undamaged condition and in the original packaging. As previously stated, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping cost upon purchase and a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from all refunds. Please allow 21 days for refunds to show on your credit card or banking statement. Items must be return shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot accept returns via US postal mail. Exchanges - Exchanges are authorized if an item is found to be defective or damaged upon receiving. In this case, notify us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label for the damaged item and replace it at no cost to the customer. Refunds will not be granted for items that are defective or damaged - only exchanged.
