C6 Corvette Wheel Fitment Guide: OEM Specs & Wheel Sizes
This C6 Corvette wheel fitment guide is built to help you select the correct wheel sizes and specifications for your specific model. Whether you're upgrading your Corvette wheels or replacing your factory setup, understanding OEM fitment is key to achieving proper performance, handling, and overall appearance.
The 2005–2013 Chevrolet C6 Corvette was available in several trims, including base, Z51, Grand Sport, Z06, and ZR1. Each model comes with unique factory wheel sizes, offsets, and widths, all of which affect what Corvette wheels will fit correctly without requiring modifications.
This guide breaks down C6 Corvette wheel specifications by model, giving you the information needed to confidently choose the right wheel and tire combination for your vehicle.
OEM Factory Corvette Wheel Specs -
C6 base model: Front 18"x9.5" 57mm offset / Rear 19"x10" 79mm offset
C6 Z51 model: Front 18"x8.5" 57mm offset / Rear 19"x10" 79mm offset
C6 Z06 & Grand Sport models: Front 18"x9.5" 40mm offset / Rear 19"x12" 59mm offset
C6 ZR1 & 427 models: Front 19"x10" 40mm offset / Rear 20"x12" 59mm offset
When comparing aftermarket wheels to factory (OEM) specifications, you may notice differences in wheel offset. For instance, a 19"x12” custom wheel might have a +45mm offset, which is about 14mm different from the original 19"x12" (ET59) OEM setup.
This variation in offset positions the wheel approximately 14mm further outward than stock—often described as a slight increase in “poke.” In practical terms, 14mm is just about 9/16 of an inch, making the wheel sit about fender flush, as shown in the image below. More importantly, this small change does not negatively impact handling, suspension geometry, or overall performance.

The term “poke” is commonly used when discussing Corvette wheels and refers to how far the wheel sits outward relative to the factory position. It does not necessarily mean the wheel extends beyond the fender, but rather indicates a subtle shift in stance compared to OEM fitment.
In certain applications, our aftermarket Corvette wheels utilize a slightly more aggressive offset to create a more flush, performance-oriented stance. This positions the wheel closer to the fender for an enhanced appearance. Despite this adjustment, all of our C6 Corvette wheels are engineered within factory fitment tolerances, ensuring proper clearance with no rubbing, interference, or impact on overall performance.
