Can you guess the correct year of this C1?

The 1959 & 1960 Corvettes were almost identical in appearance, except for a couple key details. It may be difficult to tell from this photo the difference between the 1959 Snowcrest White from the 1960 Ermine White. But if you look closely at the wheel color surrounding the hubcap you'll notice the wheel is black. All 1959 Corvettes had black painted wheels, while the ‘60 had body color wheels.
